How To Give A Business Access To Manage Your Facebook Page Or Ad Account

If you're trying to have someone manage your Facebook page or ad account, you've come to the right place. It can be confusing. Here is what you need to do if you own the Facebook page or ad account to give a business the ability to manage your Facebook page or ad account. You can tell if you own a Facebook page if you're able to see the page under "Pages" on the left sidebar of Facebook when you login on desktop. Here are the step-by-step instructions:

1. Login to Facebook on your desktop or laptop.

2. Once logged in, click "Meta Business Suite" in the left sidebar. If you don't see it, click the "See More" button to find it.

3. Once you're in Meta Business Suite, check and make sure you have the right business selected at the top of the left sidebar.

4. Then at the bottom of the left sidebar, click the "Settings" button with the gear icon next to it, to access your Facebook Business settings.

5. On the following page, you may need to click the "Business settings" button. If you don't see this button, then move to the next step.

6. To give access to your Facebook Page in Business settings, click the Pages button on the left sidebar. If you'd like to give access to your Ad account, then click Ad accounts on the left sidebar instead, and follow the rest of the guide below, since it's the same steps.

Steps For Your Partner

3. Then they need to choose the right business in the right part of the screen, click the "Assign people" button and assign the right person to the Page or Ad account. They will then see page listed under "Pages" and the ad account listed in the Facebook Ads manager.
